Jennifer Rust’s career within the aviation, hospitality and travel industry spans more than 20 years. During this time, she has worked with a variety of clients around the world.
Following nine years with United Airlines, where she worked in both sales and alliances, developing Star Alliance and negotiating its founding partnerships, Jennifer worked for the consulting practices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, IBM and as an independent consultant supporting a number of noteworthy clients including Qantas. Jennifer has worked extensively to assist clients in the development of CRM processes, loyalty programmes and customer related business strategies with a focus on both revenue growth and efficiency improvements.
Jennifer graduated from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Marketing.
